These terms apply to services provided by M&H Garage Door Repair Inc., doing business as Local Garage Door Solution. Services are performed under a licensed and insured California contractor.
Estimates and pricing
You receive clear pricing information before your appointment, based on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site and approved by you before any work begins. You will never be charged more than the approved on-site price without your consent.
No fix, no charge
There is no service fee if we are unable to resolve the reported issue. Certain exclusions apply: the policy does not cover jobs where parts have already been ordered or installed at your request, where access to the door or opener could not be provided, or where the requested work was completed as approved.
Warranty
Parts and labor are covered by a written warranty provided at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by product and service and are provided in writing. Warranties are void where damage results from misuse, accident or work performed by others.
Scheduling
Same-day service is offered subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather or emergency calls.
Payment
