Prices quoted over the phone are based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site before any work begins. You will never be charged more than the approved on-site quote without your consent.
No fix, no charge
If we are unable to resolve the reported issue, you are not charged a service fee. This does not apply where parts have already been ordered or installed at your request.
Warranty
Parts and labor are covered by a written warranty provided at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by part and are void where damage results from misuse, accident or work performed by others.
Scheduling
Same-day service is offered subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather or emergency calls.
